Please complete ALL relevant details clearly and correctly in order for us to process and confirm your application. Without this form, we will not be able to process your request for a stall at Azaadi Kite Festival 2024.

Set up time: 9am – 11am
Clear up time: 5 pm – 6 pm

TERMS
Stall Bookings:
1) If you are successful in your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email/ whatsapp. You will have 3 working days [Mon-Fri] to make payment [full].
2) Stalls will not be booked without full payment. A confirmation and receipt will be sent to you via e-mail/ whatsapp.
3) If you cancel after 5th August 2024, you will lose your (stall fee).
4) If you fail to attend the event, no reimbursements will be made (stall fee).
5) If for any reason the festival does not go ahead due to a decision taken by the organizers, the full deposit and any fee paid will be refunded within 28 days of the planned festival date.
