  • STALL BOOKING FORM

    Please complete ALL relevant details clearly and correctly in order for us to process and confirm your application. Without this form, we will not be able to process your request for a stall at Azaadi Kite Festival 2025.

    Date:     Saturday 16th Aug 2025

    Venue: Forest Recreation Ground

    Times open to public: 11 am – 5 pm

    Set up time:  8am – 10am

    Clear up time:  5 pm – 6 pm

    Site to be emptied by:  6 pm

    TERMS

    Stall Bookings:

    1) If you are successful in your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email/ whatsapp. You will have 3 working days [Mon-Fri] to make payment [full].
    2) Stalls will not be booked without full payment. A confirmation and receipt will be sent to you via e-mail/ whatsapp.
    3) If you cancel after 10th August 2025, you will lose your stall fee.
    4) If you fail to attend the event, no reimbursements will be made.
    5) If for any reason the festival does not go ahead due to a decision taken by the organizers, full deposit and any fee paid will be refunded within 28 days of the planned festival date.

    6) In the event of a postponement due to natural calamities, your booking will remain secure; however, the stall fee will be non-refundable.

    • Gold Sponsorship: 1 Stall, Banner Display, Hand-Out Flyers, Logo on Poster, Shout-Out from Stage, Social Media Promotion in £299 only.
    • Platinum Sponsorship: 1 Month Radio Advertisement (6 slots per day), 1 Stall, Banner Display, Hand-Out Flyers, Logo on Poster, Time on Stage, Social Media Promotion in £450.

2) THIRD PARTY PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

All traders should have an insurance policy in place. You can insure through Events Insurance by visiting https://www.events-insurance.co.uk/event-insurance-policies/stallholders-insurance/overview

3) Health And Safety

 PLEASE NOTE

  • Please send following information via Whatsapp on 07715 299779 or 07851 080418 or email to events@radiofaza.co.uk:
    • Pictures of your set up/stall
    • Example menu
    • Copies of hygiene/ food safety and insurance certificates
  • All catering stalls are permitted to sell soft drinks only, no alcohol.
  • All stall holders are responsible for keeping their pitch and surrounding area clean and litter free. The site must be cleaned before exiting the festival; we suggest providing bin bags for your customers to use.
  • There will be no access to electricity, water or equipment for any stall. Each stall holder must arrange these for their stall.
  • Radio Faza reserve the right to decline applications.
  • You will receive a letter of confirmation and a receipt for your payment once your application has been successful. If you are not successful in booking a place your payment or cheque will be returned within 28 days.
  • No vehicles can enter/remain at the stall area after 10am.
  • Vehicles can be used for loading/unloading closer to the site, but must be moved by 10am.
  • You will be given your exact pitch location on arrival. Pitch location is non-negotiable
