• Platinum Sponsorship with stalls: 2 x Stalls 'worth £200' Banner Display, Hand-Out Flyers, Promotion On Screens, Logo on Poster, Time on Stage, Social Media Promotion, Giveaway Gift on the Stage.

Please read through our terms and conditions which you have to follow on the day.

• Please note that bookings are on a first come first come first served basis.
• Your place is not secure until the full fee is received.
• Bookings are non-refundable (If you have applied for the cancellation within 24hours, prior to event starts.
• Our volunteers will be at reception to allocate the stall.
• Registration desk will be open at 3pm till 5pm.
• We will not accept any stall holder after 5pm.
• You will receive a badge to wear as an identification and a ban to wear.
• Table/s and chair/s will be provided according to your booking.
• You have to bring your own table cloth/s (Dimension of table: 6 x 2 ft).
• If you have any additional requirements then please let us know in advance.
• Please respect our staff at the reception, if you have any complaint (please contact Zaki Khan the organiser on 07715 299779 or email: zaki@zkevents.co.uk).
• Please remain within the area of your stall.
• Keep your area clean all the time.
