From CEO to Station Manager, in times of need a tech support; a trainer for new presenters; etc – every individual in Radio Faza sees me through their unique looking glass, and I am really happy to be their confidante. It is the strong bonding in the team that has sailed us many miles from where we had started and I am absolutely delighted to be the bond between the bricks.
Management
My role is to dish out the best ‘ADVICE’ when the radio is held by the hook. Thankfully Faza has a beautiful team of highly responsible and sincere community serving people. Hence, I and my pals in the Advisory Board can put our feet up for most of the time and ENJOY.
I want to take the opportunity of using this platform for applauding Radio Faza for its commendable work and surprising steadfastness amidst the challenges of the pandemic. The result is they met the challenge, they diversified, they grew. Kudos Radio Faza!!!
I took it up as just another job. Now it is indeed something more. All credits to the ‘house’ I must say – the environment, the warmth is truly what makes you go for more. My job entails me to speak to people (clients; officials and more) and what’s best is that I don’t have to be conscious – because everything’s transparent and delightfully equal for all. Above all Radio Faza tries to live by its moto.
All through my life I have been told that I have an extra punch of energy in me. Well, no denying that I am a super extrovert. What’s best here in Radio Faza is that no one tried to clip my wings or model me for the role; rather it used my strength. In fact, I am regularly appreciated for who I am. I feel blessed and better fit in my job than anywhere in the world.
You can tell from my designation that I’m the go to person in times of trouble and troubles come in every shape and size. At Radio Faza everyone treats me like the legal encyclopaedia … but … I don’t mind it. I am always happy to help!!!!
